2.4 Social Media Lead Data Collection
When you connect social media advertising accounts to our platform, we automatically collect and sync lead data from your advertising campaigns:
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Lead Ads
When you connect your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) account, we collect lead information from your Lead Ads campaigns, including:
- Name (first name, last name, full name)
- Email address
- Phone number
- Custom form fields (program interest, location, etc.)
- Campaign and ad set information
- Lead submission timestamps
This data is automatically synced to your CRM every 10 minutes via Meta's Lead Ads API. We use OAuth authentication to securely access your Meta account with your explicit permission.
Google Ads Lead Forms
When you connect your Google Ads account, we collect lead information from your Lead Form Extensions, including:
- Name (first name, last name)
- Email address
- Phone number
- Custom form fields (program interest, questions, etc.)
- Campaign and ad group information
- Lead submission timestamps
This data is automatically synced to your CRM every 15 minutes via Google Ads API. We use OAuth 2.0 authentication with your explicit consent.
LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms
When you connect your LinkedIn account, we collect lead information from your Lead Gen Forms, including:
- Name (first name, last name)
- Email address
- Phone number
- Job title and company information
- Custom form fields
- Campaign information
- Lead submission timestamps
This data is automatically synced to your CRM every 15 minutes via LinkedIn Marketing API. We use OAuth 2.0 authentication with your explicit permission.
3. How We Use Your Information

LinkedIn Integration
When you connect your LinkedIn account, we use OAuth 2.0 authentication to access your LinkedIn Marketing account. We request access to:
- Read lead data from your Lead Gen Forms
- Access campaign information for lead attribution

Your Control: You have full control over these integrations. You can connect, disconnect, or modify permissions at any time through your account settings. When you disconnect an integration, we will stop syncing new leads, but previously synced data will remain in your CRM unless you request deletion.
